Mark's Auto Lockout Services

I have been coming here since 2005, when I bought my new car. Over the years this dealership has changed ownerships, 3 times, and different service department people. The last few times I brought my car in for service I would argue with Steven Smith (Service) about a small boot on my car that didn't have to get replaced. He tells me that if I didn't replace this cracked small boot that my power-steering fluid would link. Mr Smith lied to me. My power-steering did not link, and never did link! It turned out that this small boot was not hooked up to any tubes of any kind and had no effect on the power-steering fluid at all. If I had this small boot replaced it would of cost me $1,000. I never did replace the small boot and the service tech at Beaverton Hyundai didn't find this cracked small boot neither. I even tried to look for it, and couldn't find it. I'm glad I know my car and knowledge about working on cars and doing small repairs, or I would of spent $1,000 for nothing. So I thought I would try Beaverton Hyundai for my next service, and that was replacing my timing belts and other services that ended up being cheaper than Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai. I ended up paying $900 for all my services instead of about $1,200 or more. I think I'll start going to Beaverton Hyundai because its cheaper, and everyone is nice, and helpful.
UPDATE: I never contacted this guy, Josh Wojahn. There is no reason. My advice to you all, know your car, do your homework, before having this dealership work on your car because they may lie to you as they lied to me. I saved $1,000.00.
