Mark's Locksmith

Makes about 24 cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of powered sugar
1 cup of butter
1 egg
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp of cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda  



Directions
Mix together; powered sugar, and butter until creamy.
Add to the mixture; egg, and Vanilla Extract.
Mix until creamy.
Add flour, cream of tarter, and baking soda.
Mix until creamy.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
Roll dough on flour covered surface.
Use cookie cutters and sprinkle with sugar.
Place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, at 375 degrees oven.
